Discovery > Handover > Prep > FLiP > QC > Launch

Discovery: 
This is where we discover your goals.  A process of understanding your business, your industry, your environment. Goals, personas, profiling, strategic intent all form part of the discovery interaction. Our sales team is waiting to help you discover a whole new meaning to the future.

Handover:
Your new born project is daintily swathed in the finest wrapping, and handed over to be cared for by the best suited team. Depending on your goal orientation, Webdev hand-picks the most experienced, knowledgeable and dynamic team for your web application development. Project Managers translate the information from the Discovery phase into an action plan and the preparation begins.

Preparation:
The team prepare for the nurturing of your project, planning specific roles and defining requirements. The pre-defined material (from Discovery) is collated, stored, analysed, chewed on, slept over. Meticulous planning and sourcing of the right materials to attain your site goals is the objective.

FLiP:
With the team fully prepped, all the materials avialable, the programming team take over the responsibility of growing your dream web presence into a reality. Utilising some of the most advanced ColdFusion programming methodology available, the team develop outstanding, robust and ingeniously coded web applications, while the graphic design team. The Africanised FLiP methodology is a unique feature to Webdev's methodology, and has evolved through years of experience in the pioneering forefront of programming.

QC:
Quality Control (QC) forms a crucial part of the final stages of the project. Goal testing, persona testing, and rigourous checks on the code, layout, design and ensuring that your web application meets, and exceeds first world standards. During the QC phase, the client training is completed and the site launch phase commences.

Launch:
The launch phase of the cycle is the most exciting part for us. The creation of web applications that give you a competive advantage is the reason for our existence, and a great deal of excitement surrounds the site going live. Hosting servers are prepared, final checks are done to ensure data integrity, and on the appointed day, your site goes live. The online marketing campaign launches simultaneously, and your window to the world opens for business. The team does the post-mortem with continous improvement in mind, and a full colour print is lovingly framed and placed in our offices as a reminder of how proud we are of your web presence.
